Terms & Conditions:

BY USING OUR SERVICE YOU SIGNIFY YOUR ACCEPTANCE TO THESE TERMS OF USE.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THE TERMS OF USE BELOW, PLEASE DO NOT USE OUR SERVICE. SUPREME EXECUTIVE CARS THE RIGHT, AT ANY TIME, TO MODIFY, ALTER OR UPDATE THESE TERMS OF USE. YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY SUCH MODIFICATIONS, ALTERATIONS OR UPDATES.

Reservations:

We recommend that our clients reserve a car ahead of time (at no additional charge) to be guaranteed a car at time of pick up. We can provide you with a car at short notice by phone or Online upon availability.

Booking Confirmation:

We will send e-mail confirmations to all of our passengers, provided theyhave included a valid e-mail id with their booking. This will include phone bookings as well as web bookings.

Vehicle Type:

It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure that they order the correcttype of vehicle in order to carry the numbers of passengers and luggage.

Payments: 

Payments can be made by the following methods:

1. Cash to the driver, pay by Credit/Debit card or Paypal.

2. Prepay by Credit/Debit Card.

For all bookings made by Credit/debit card or paypal there will be an additional 5% surcharge.

Cancellation policy:

No cancellation fee charge if cancellation made more then 24 hours before delivery time, 20% cancellation charge if cancellation is made between 12 and 24 hours before delivery time, 25% cancellation charge if cancellation made within 12 hours of delivery time. 

Supreme Chauffeur Services will not be responsible for any late arrivals to destination and we are not responsible if you missed your flight because of traffic road conditions or natural disasters out of Supreme Chauffeurs or they drivers control.

Meet & Greet:

For Meet and Greet Airport Service there is a charge allowing for car parking fees. However parking and waiting time charges (if incurred) will be billed to your account or credit card. The driver will be instructed to meet in the arrival hall by the exit of customs or by the Information desk with a sign that has his or her full name on it, the driver will then escort the passenger to the designated vehicle location (Assisting with the luggage). This package comes with a complimentary 30 minutes free for domestic flights and 45 minutes free for international flights from the arrival time.

Waiting Time:

A 30 minutes grace period is allowed following the reported (domestic flights) flight arrival time and 45 Minutes free for (International flights) for airport pick ups only. Supreme Chauffeurs checks all domestic and international flights one hour before the driver is dispatched.

A 10 minute grace period is granted for all other pick-ups. Waiting time will be charged at 10 pounds every 20 minutes increments after the grace period. billing starts after grace period allowed from the official time of arrival (ETA). For train station pick-ups, train schedules can’t be monitored. Therefore, billing begins at the scheduled pick-up time.

Stops:

Price per stop varies based on distance and location, please call us to request pricing. Courtesy stops, such as briefly leaving the vehicle to pick up coffee, a newspaper or to mail a letter, do not incur extra charges. However, if longer stops or multiple stops are made you will be billed stop charges. Picking up additional passengers will also incur stop.

No Show:

No show is defined as follows: If passenger books a private hire car withus and failed to meet the driver on pick up time, this will include home, hoteland other private address.

This will include wrong date wrong time bookings.

If a passenger books a pick up from an airport and fails to meet the driverin the arrival hall.This means that the driver will wait in the arrival hall upto 1 hour 30 mins from flight landing time and if the passenger fails to meetwithin this time limit or make contact to inform their status at the airportwill be considered as a no show.

All bookings made online or over the phone on basis of paying cash to thedriver, but secured with a valid credit or debit card will be charged the fullamount in the event of a no show.

All bookings pre paid bya credit or debit card will not be refunded in the event of a no show.

Liabilities:

The company accept no liability for the following: Severe traffic delays,road closures, extreme and poor weather conditions.

Collection Fees:

You agree to pay all legal counselling fees, litigation fees, legal fees, costs, accounting fees, expenses and disbursements for all actions taken prior to, during and subsequent to the initiation of legal proceedings to collect payments due in cases of non-payment.
